Cpl Science

The Cpl Science team comprises of a central team in Dublin and science recruiters in all of our regional offices.

The Dublin team consists of Judith Moffett (Manager of Science, Engineering and Supply Chain), Aileen Cahill (Principal Recruiter), Jenny Navan (Senior Science Recruiter) and Jacqueline Breslin (Recruitment Administrator)

Judith Moffett – Science, Engineering and Supply Chain Manager

Judith Moffett is the Manager of the Science, Engineering and Supply Chain division in CPL and has been working within Cpl since 2005.  
Judith specializes in contract and permanent recruitment for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and clinical trials industries. She has a B.Sc. in Biology and a M.Sc. in Science Communication.  
Judith is very interested in science communication in general and is a committee member of Dublin’s Science Café, the Alchemist Café.

Aileen Cahill – Principal Consultant

Aileen Cahill holds a Diploma in Business and Hotel Management and is currently employed with CPL Recruitment where she holds the title of Principal Consultant.
Prior to this Aileen worked for 3 years for Eden Recruitment where she was employed as a Recruiter.
Aileen has extensive experience in recruiting from junior to senior levels in all areas in the pharmaceutical/biotech /medical device sectors on the permanent and contracting side.

Jenny Navan – Senior Consultant

Jenny graduated from the National College of Ireland in May 2006 and holds a BA in Accounting and Human Resource Management, specialising in HR.
She has been with CPL since September 2006, working as a recruitment coordinator for Wyeth Biotech and acting as contact point for Skillnet training within CPL.
Prior to joining CPL, Jenny worked as a supervisor in Ipsos MORI, one of the largest market research consultants in Europe.
Jenny has been a Senior Recruiter since 2009 in the Science team and has excellent experience in recruiting at all levels of the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology industries.
