CPL Science and Engineering has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant.

The CPL Group specialises in all industries and covers temporary, contract and permanent requirements for our clients.

A Senior Recruitment Consultant is required for the CPL Science & Engineering division based in CPL Headquarters at 83 Merrion Square South, Dublin 2.

Reporting to the Science & Engineering Manager, the successful Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:

Business Development, both national and international
Account Management
Generation of strong revenue pipeline
Candidate Management
Client Management
Establishing a strong relationship with relevant industry and government bodies
Networking
Advertising
Development of a strong personal brand through the use of social media
Training of new staff

Ideally, you will be educated to a degree level and have previous experience in:

Agency recruitment preferably in a technical area, such as engineering, science or related
Business development
