EBR Author

In partnership with our client, CPL is currently recruiting for an EBR author for their facility based in Dublin West.

If successful you will be leading a process mapping exercise and be expected to determine how best to replicate and improve current SFF processes within the electronic system. You will also be required to develop the electronic version of these processes, training their co-author as they go.

Responsibilities

o    Perform EBR recipe development, and recipe qualification testing.

o    Perform the prototyping of eMBR’s

o    Perform  training on the PMX application

o    Participate in the project planning and task definition.

o    Lead the process mapping exercises.

o    Work with Process SME’s in the PPU to define business requirements

o    Assist with any and all related work effort relating to site MES application readiness and new to-be processes.

o    Assist in the identification and resolution of Master Data issues related to MES/ SAP.

o    Assist in the development and execution of protocols used to qualify eMBRs.

 

 

Skills/Experience

 

 

        ·         2 to 5 years experience in the Propack PMX application.

·         Strong technical background, i.e. technical degree with 2 to 4 years experience, or 7 to 8 years experience in a technical focused role.

·         Computer literate, and comfortable in multiple applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Visio.  Experience with MCS, LIMS, SAP and EDMS is also advantageous.

·         Good interpersonal skills and be able to develop effective working relationships in cross-functional teams,

·         Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgement on escalation of issues.

·         Ability to work well as part of a bigger team, including other EBR authors, QA staff, Validation staff and automation staff.

·         Improvement focused, i.e. always looking to find a new or better way to do things.  Green Belt training would be an advantage

·         Strong organisation and problem solving skills.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Be capable of coaching others and troubleshooting issues.
